Can you move my website from my current host?
Yes. We copy your site, email and domain settings, test everything on our servers, and switch over at a quiet time so your visitors don't notice.
Do you come to our office?
Yes. On-site visits are part of what we do: network setup, computer and server repairs, and equipment installation. Care plans include scheduled visits.
How is pricing worked out?
Each project gets a fixed written quote before work starts. Hosting and care plans are a flat monthly fee, so you know your costs in advance.
Will I be able to update the website myself?
Yes. We hand over every site with a short training session, so you can change text, photos and prices without calling us.
